Rosselkhoznadzor will remove restrictions on the supply of products from Belarus

From March 5, ROSSELKHOZNADZOR lifts the ban on the import of livestock products produced at 19 enterprises in Belarus, according to the agency's website.



“From March 6, 2022, the previously introduced temporary restrictions are canceled and supplies to RUSSIA of products manufactured by 19 enterprises of Belarus are resumed,” the message says.

Among the enterprises that are allowed to import products to Russia are Biovast Lida OJSC (feed fats), Polessky production site of MILKAVITA OJSC (dairy products), Yakimova Sloboda branch of Rassvet Poultry Farm OJSC (production of poultry MEAT, semi-finished products and by-products from it) and OAO Soligorsk Poultry Farm (production of poultry meat, edible eggs).

From March 5, Rosselkhoznadzor allowed the supply of pears from Bosnia and Herzegovina, stone fruits and nuts from CHINA , stone fruits and pome fruits from Moldova, stone fruits and pome fruits from Serbia, potatoes from Bangladesh and apples from Azerbaijan.

In mid-January, the Rosselkhoznadzor imposed a ban on the import of animals and livestock products from Kazakhstan due to foot and mouth disease. The department noted that animals susceptible to this disease, raw meat and MILK fell under the ban . Wool, bristles, skins and skins that have not been processed using a technology that destroys the foot-and-mouth disease virus will also not be allowed to be imported.
