LLC "Leto Group" is engaged in the processing of chicken eggs and is certified for the supply of products to Turkmenistan and the countries of the EAEU .

To prevent the EXPORT of products that do not meet the requirements of the legislation, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR introduced a regime of enhanced laboratory control in relation to the goods of this company.

Leto Group LLC has already come to the attention of Rosselkhoznadzor with similar violations. In November 2022, the Department of Veterinary and Food Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus received a notification about the detection of trimethoprim residues in the company's products. On this basis, the territorial department of Rosselkhoznadzor conducted an unscheduled inspection agreed with the Prosecutor’s Office with sampling and subsequent laboratory tests at the FGBI “ARRIAH”, which confirmed that the company sells egg products contaminated with drugs.

Also, traces of Trimethoprim were found in 4 samples taken as part of enhanced laboratory monitoring.

In addition, the Rosselkhoznadzor found that the company issued declarations of conformity for dry and liquid egg products based on the conclusion of phantom laboratories that are not available at registered addresses.

As a result, Leto Group LLC was brought to administrative responsibility in November 2022 in accordance with Part 2 of Art. 14.43 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. A fine was issued, the indicated declarations were annulled, and the general DIRECTOR was given a recommendation to eliminate the causes and conditions that led to the violations.

Currently, the territorial department of Rosselkhoznadzor is coordinating with the Prosecutor's Office a new check in relation to Leto Group LLC.
