Rosselkhoznadzor has invalidated 31 declarations on dairy and meat products registered by enterprises in the Penza region

Within the framework of Federal Law No. 248-FZ "On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation", monitoring of compliance with mandatory requirements is carried out on a systematic basis, during which data on objects of control contained in the Federal State Information System "Service for Registration of Declarations of Conformity" (Rosaccreditation) is collected and analyzed.

The economic entities of the Penza region , LLC "B.Mix", IP Mikheeva V.V., Groshev M.Yu. registered declarations of conformity of products of animal origin (MEAT and dairy products) on the basis of test reports that do not contain all the necessary studies in accordance with the requirements of technical regulations (there are no studies on antibiotics , pathogenic microorganisms, including salmonella ).

Declaration of food products based on incomplete data on their compliance with mandatory requirements established by technical regulations entails the invalidity of the declaration of conformity.

In order to combat illegal circulation of controlled products, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Administration has declared 31 declarations of conformity invalid.

This information is entered into the Unified Register of Certificates of Conformity and Declarations of Conformity on the Rosaccreditation website in accordance with the Rules for registration, suspension, renewal and termination of declarations of conformity, and recognition of them as invalid (approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 19, 2021 No. 936).
