Rosselkhoznadzor invalidated 35 declarations for meat and dairy products of Mordovia enterprises

Based on the results of control (supervisory) measures, declarations of conformity for MEAT products manufactured by MPK Atyashevsky LLC, Agrofirma Oktyabrskaya JSC, Chamzinskaya Poultry Farm JSC, for dairy products - Atlant-Milk LLC, JSC " Nadezhda, Mechta LLC, Krasnoslobodsky Dairy Plant LLC.

Within the framework of Federal Law No. 248-FZ “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation”, monitoring of compliance with mandatory requirements is carried out on a systematic basis, during which the collection and analysis of data on control objects contained in the FSIS “Registration Service declarations of conformity” (Rosakkreditatsiya).

In June 2023, when analyzing the current declarations of conformity of the individual entrepreneur Khalikov A.D. declarations for meat products were identified, adopted on the basis of test reports, in which there are no studies on radionuclides, pesticides, antibiotics , which is a violation of the technical regulations "On Food Safety" and "On the Safety of Meat and Meat Products".

In addition, business entities of the Republic of Mordovia: Atlant-Milk LLC, Moloko LLC, Glubinka LLC, IP Ishaliev I.I., IP Saifullova G.A., MPK Norovsky LLC, Norovskoye Moloko LLC , IP Akhmyarova R.K., Agrofirma Oktyabrskaya JSC, LLC MPK Atyashevsky registered declarations of conformity for products of animal origin (meat and dairy products) based on test reports that do not contain all the necessary studies in accordance with the requirements of technical regulations.

Declaration of food products on the basis of incomplete data on its compliance with the mandatory requirements established by technical regulations entails the unreliability of the declaration of conformity.

In order to counter the illegal circulation of controlled products, the Office invalidated 35 declarations of conformity. This information is included in the Unified Register of Certificates of Conformity and Declarations of Conformity on the Rosakkreditatsiya website in accordance with the Rules for Registration, Suspension, Renewal and Termination of Declarations of Conformity, Recognizing Them as Invalid (approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 19, 2021 No. 936) .
