Rosselkhoznadzor invalidated 34 declarations for food products registered by enterprises in Mordovia

Within the framework of Federal Law No. 248-FZ “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation”, compliance with mandatory requirements is monitored on a systematic basis, during which data on control objects contained in the FSIS “Registration Service” is collected and analyzed declarations of conformity" (Rosaccreditation).

For example, on April 8, 2024 , when analyzing the current declarations of conformity, it was established that the declarations of conformity of Avangard LLC MEAT products contained inaccurate information about the place of activity for the manufacture of products.

Based on the results of identified inconsistencies within the framework of laboratory tests of food products (meat, dairy), declarations of conformity were withdrawn: April 24-25, 2024 for dairy products - Norovskoe MILK LLC, Atlant-Milk LLC, for meat products - MPK LLC "Atyashevsky".

Declaration of food products based on incomplete data on its compliance with the mandatory requirements established by technical regulations entails the unreliability of the declaration of conformity.

In order to combat illegal trafficking of regulated products, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Office invalidated 34 declarations of conformity. This information is included in the Unified Register of Certificates of Conformity and Declarations of Conformity on the website "RosAccreditation" in accordance with the Rules for registration, suspension, renewal and termination of declarations of conformity, and their invalidation (approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 19, 2021 No. 936) .
