Rosselkhoznadzor has invalidated 40 declarations for livestock products from the Penza region.

This work is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 248-FZ "On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation." During the monitoring process, specialists collect and analyze data on monitored objects using information from the Federal State Information System "Service for Registration of Declarations of Conformity" and other departmental systems.

The identified violators include individual entrepreneurs and organizations such as R.A. Klochkova, N.N. Lapshin, V.V. Shcherbakov, Kamensky Food Processing Plant LLC, and Maksima M LLC. They registered declarations of conformity for MEAT, dairy, and fish products based on test reports that lacked the necessary tests required by technical regulations (including antibiotics , ben(a)pyrene, 2,4-D acid, and salmonella content ).

Incomplete data on product compliance with mandatory requirements resulted in declarations being invalidated. Information about these facts has been entered into the Unified Register of Certificates of Conformity and Declarations of Conformity on the Rosaccreditation website. The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance ( ROSSELKHOZNADZOR) also issued warnings against violating mandatory requirements.
