The Department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for Moscow, Moscow and Tula regions withdrew the declaration of conformity from the Moscow MEAT processing plant Vostryakovo-2.

In May, within the framework of the state monitoring, specialists of the department took samples of meat products received by the Cherkizovsky psycho-neurological boarding school. When examining samples of controlled products in the Central Scientific and Methodological Veterinary Laboratory, sulfamethazine was found in sausages "Molochnye" produced by Vostryakovo-2 LLC.

The presence of an antibacterial drug of the sulfonamide class in sausage products is dangerous to the HEALTH of the consumer and qualifies as a violation of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On food safety" (TR TS 021/2011) and "On the safety of meat and meat products" (TR TS 034/2013).

In June, the Rosselkhoznadzor sent a notice to the management of Vostryakovo-2 LLC about the termination of the declaration for Molochnye sausages. The relevant information is included in the register of declarations of conformity of the Federal Accreditation Service.
