On Monday, November 13, a team of specialists responsible for systemic document monitoring in the "Declaration of Conformity Registration Service" section (Rosaccreditation) of the "Vesta" component of the VetIS Federal State Information System (FGIS) determined that the declaration for Category A cooked-smoked sausages (Chorizo, Swiss Cervelat, and Moskvichka) was issued based on a test report that lacked data on antibiotic testing . This included chloramphenicol, tetracycline-type drugs, and bacitracin.
