Rosselkhoznadzor fined the Myasoprodukt company for ₽100 thousand

In October, the Myasoprodukt company, which owns the production of semi-finished poultry meat in the city of Shchelkovo, was brought to administrative responsibility for violating the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union.

During the inspection of Myasoprodukt LLC, organized in September 2021, Rosselkhoznadzor inspectors made sure that the company does not provide traceability of product turnover. According to the submitted documents, it is impossible to identify the manufacturer and all the entities involved in the supply chain, except for the final consumer of the product.

At the production of Myasoprodukt LLC, procedures based on the principles of HACCP have not been introduced. Control-critical points are determined without the necessary analysis of potentially hazardous factors at all stages of the process of its manufacture. The system of control of incoming raw materials has not been built. The enterprise does not comply with the frequency of examination of samples of semi-finished products.

Based on the results of the audit, the management of Myasoprodukt LLC was ordered to eliminate all identified violations. The company was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 14.43 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation with a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
