Rosselkhoznadzor found salmonella in products of Yaroslavl poultry farm

During the inspections, samples of five types of MEAT and egg products were taken. As a result of the study , salmonella was found in chicken meat, chicken schnitzel and chicken carcasses, and traces of the drug were recorded in liquid egg products: 20 mcg/kg of enrofloxacin in the protein and 12 mcg/kg in the yolk. In addition, a chicken soup set was found in a Tver supermarket, which also contained salmonella. Information about the unsafe products was transferred to Rospotrebnadzor.
