Rosselkhoznadzor cancelled 7 declarations for livestock products in Yakutia

When checking the declarations of individual entrepreneur Kuzmin N.A., as well as the companies "Novy", "Yakutsky Skot" and others, 6 declarations for dairy products were found without the results of studies for the presence of antibiotics and radionuclides. In addition, the declaration of YAMPZ "Traditions of Freshness" LLC for semi-finished MEAT products was based on protocols that lacked data on microbiological safety and other important criteria. These violations contradict the technical regulations of the Customs Union.

In this regard, ROSSELKHOZNADZOR issued warnings to manufacturers about the inadmissibility of such violations and declared the declarations invalid. In order to re-release products, companies must conduct new laboratory tests and register updated declarations in the register of the Federal Accreditation Service.
