Rosselkhoznadzor has cancelled 14 food declarations from enterprises in Mordovia

In accordance with Federal Law No. 248-FZ "On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation", regular inspections of compliance with mandatory requirements are carried out. These activities include the collection and analysis of information on objects of control through the Federal State Information System "Service for Registration of Declarations of Conformity" (Rosaccreditation).

For example, on March 28, 2025, during the inspection of current declarations of conformity, a case was discovered where individual entrepreneur Bogoyavlenskaya O.I. registered a declaration for MEAT products, but the test reports did not contain all the necessary studies. This is a violation of technical regulations in the field of food and meat product safety.

Thus, 14 declarations of conformity were cancelled: 8 of them due to incomplete data on compliance with mandatory requirements, and 6 as a result of laboratory tests that revealed non-conformities in quality and safety indicators. Information about this was entered into the Unified Register of Certificates of Conformity and Declarations of Conformity on the Rosaccreditation website, in accordance with the rules for cancellation of declarations approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 19, 2021 No. 936.
