Krasnodar businessman Yevgeny Svistula became the owner of the large Kamchatka fishing company Vityaz-Avto, follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. In mid-May, Vostochny Aktiv LLC, owned by Svistula (registered in Krasnodar in November 2022), received 99% of Vityaz-Avto LLC, another 1% is directly owned by the businessman.

Sources of Kommersant then claimed that the Land Reserve could act in the interests of Agrocomplex im. N.I. Tkachev ", owned by the family of the ex-head of the Ministry of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev. But in the "Agrocomplex" itself, then the connection with the buyer of "RAV Agro" was denied.

RBC sources reported that Vityaz-Avto had changed its owner back in February 2023: an interlocutor in the fish market and an official aware of the deal called the buyer a structure associated with the family of the ex-head of the Ministry of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev. The latter, after publication, told TASS that he had nothing to do with Vityaz-Avto.

Vityaz-Avto is one of the largest fishing companies in Kamchatka, it owns a salmon processing plant and a sockeye salmon fishery.
