One of the key topics of discussion was improving preferential support regimes for agriculture. Participants noted the need to create more flexible conditions for investors to facilitate increased production volumes and improved product quality. Lyudmila Kuznetsova, a representative of Komsomolskaya Poultry Farm JSC, proposed introducing a lease termination mechanism for unused land plots, which would facilitate more efficient land use.

Another important aspect was the integration of agricultural land into agricultural production. Participants emphasized the need to improve mechanisms for transferring land from one category to another to ensure more efficient resource use.

Investment projects in the agricultural, fishing, and processing industries were also discussed. Participants emphasized that Khabarovsk Krai possesses significant potential due to its geographic location, natural resources, and the presence of the Vladivostok Free Port. Investments in agriculture can not only increase EXPORT volumes but also enhance the region's food security.

Thus, the roundtable in Khabarovsk became an important platform for discussing current issues and developing agricultural development initiatives aimed at creating a favorable climate for investment and increasing the efficiency of the agricultural sector.
