A bankrupt poultry farm from the Samara region was banned from selling buses

The creditors of the Timashe Poultry Farm, which was declared bankrupt, began trying to keep the property of the enterprise. This can be judged from the materials published on the website of the Arbitration COURT of the Samara Region.

Creditors filed a lawsuit to impose restrictive measures.

- We are talking about a ban on the sale of the factory's property: a Hyundai bus manufactured in 2007; a bus for transporting children PAZ (2008); two loaders and a car Lada Largus. All these cars belonged to Timashevskaya Poultry Farm. But as part of the enforcement proceedings, they were arrested, and now they are listed on the balance sheet of the department of bailiffs of the Kinel-Cherkassky district, the published documents say.

Moreover, it is known that they have already tried to sell one of the loaders. An announcement about this was published on the Internet. And now creditors demand to withdraw it. Additionally, the plaintiffs insist that the bailiffs of the Kinel-Cherkassky district should be prohibited from disposing of the debtor's property.

And as a result, the Arbitration Court of the Samara Region sided with the representatives of the creditors - "Tokarevskaya Poultry Farm" from the Tambov Region. However, other participants in the process (Timashevskaya poultry farm and bailiffs) have the opportunity to challenge the decision of the first instance.

In mid-February 2023, the Timashevskaya Poultry Farm was declared bankrupt at the suit of OJSC Tokarevskaya Poultry Farm". According to their calculations, the amount of the Timashevskaya Poultry Farm's debt exceeded 1.1 billion rubles.


OJSC "Tokarevskaya poultry farm" is registered in the Tokarevsky district of the Tambov region. Sergei Litvinenko is the DIRECTOR. And 100% of the shares belong to Stavropol Broiler LLC. At the same time, Victor and Vladimir Nauruzov are indicated as the ultimate owners of the enterprise.


LLC "Timashevskaya Poultry Farm" is registered in the Kinel-Cherkassky district, in the village of Sadgorod. The director is Anatoly Kozlovsky. And the founders at the moment are Ilshat Tukaev and Rafael Faizov. Both businessmen also have shares in other enterprises related to the breeding of pets in different parts of RUSSIA.
