Poultry farm "Udarnik": owners are expected to recover 2.8 billion rubles

The owners of Udarnik Poultry Farm JSC were under threat of recovery of an amount of almost 2.8 billion rubles. This plant, which had previously been declared bankrupt by the Dom.RF Bank, became the object of attention of the Arbitration COURT of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region . The poultry producer's

debt in January of this year amounted to more than 2.7 billion rubles. In addition, Dom.RF Bank filed an application to hold six beneficiaries of the poultry farm to subsidiary liability, whose claims also amount to almost 2.8 billion rubles.

This is not the first time that the Udarnik poultry farm has been in the spotlight. Earlier this year, our publication ABN24 learned that specialists had completed landscaping work in Fornosovo, Leningrad Region, where the poultry farm is located.
