Poultry farm "Udarnik" begins a new stage of development after receiving an international agreement

According to the terms of the agreement, Udarnik will be able to pay off its debts within 14 years. In the first three years, the factory will be obliged to pay only 45 million rubles, which will significantly ease the financial burden. The main amount of the debt, approaching 3 billion rubles, will be paid off by selling land plots owned by the factory. These plots are located in the village of Pobeda in the Vyborg district and, according to experts, have a high market value.

The planned sale of land is a strategic step that will not only help pay off debts, but also ensure the financial stability of the enterprise in the future. These funds will be used to modernize production and improve working conditions for employees.

In addition to sales, Udarnik plans to actively develop its production by increasing the number of chickens, which will increase the volume of output.
