Reftinskaya poultry farm received eight gold medals at the international exhibition PRODEXPO-2023

The Reftinskaya poultry farm received eight gold medals in the Best Product 2023 competition at the PRODEXPO international exhibition of food, beverages and raw materials for their production. The annual event in the field of food and beverages was held in Moscow, and manufacturers from more than 30 countries took part in it.

Recall that the poultry farm "Reftinskaya" was one of the first in the Sverdlovsk region to join the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity". The highest awards of PRODEXPO-2023 were given to the products of the enterprise: baked shank and thigh of a broiler chicken, boiled and smoked poultry MEAT roll, boiled sausage "Fileinaya", chicken for baking, cutlets "Derevenskie", as well as dumplings "Reftinsky" and "Po- royal."

“We are proud that the products of Reftinskaya were so highly appreciated by a commission of qualified experts. This motivates us to keep working to improve the quality of our products. Participation in PRODEXPO is an opportunity for us to expand trade relations, study trends, exchange experience with colleagues,” said Irina Makarova, Managing DIRECTOR of the Ural Agro-Industrial Group.

Recall that in 2022, a new production site for the production of finished products was launched at the Reftinskaya poultry farm. At full capacity per month, more than 150 tons of second courses, about 200 tons of soups and 100 tons of cream pastes are ready to be produced here. The products are produced using a unique technology by pasteurization and sterilization, which allows you to preserve the taste and safely increase the shelf life. The poultry farm supports local farmers by purchasing pork, duck meat, and vegetables for the production of ready meals.

Governor Yevgeny Kuyvashev sets tasks for farmers to ensure food security in the region, import substitution, expand the volume and range of local products. Significant funds are allocated annually to support agricultural producers, this year the amount of state support will be about 4.9 billion rubles.
