The poultry farm "PRODO Tyumen Broiler" is certified according to the FSSC 22000 scheme

JSC PRODO Tyumen Broiler became the first enterprise of the PRODO group to receive the FSSC 22000 compliance certificate. In the future, it is planned to certify other enterprises of the holding.

The poultry farm of PRODO Tyumensky Broiler JSC in the village of Kaskara, Tyumen Region, successfully passed all stages of the audit for compliance with the requirements of FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification) the first time - international standards approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

The company brilliantly confirmed the compliance of the management system with all the conditions of one of the most complex and perfect certification schemes for food production.

The implementation of FSSC 22000 standards provides a systematic approach to the analysis and management of food safety risks throughout the supply chain. The certificate serves as a guarantee of the highest degree of safety of the company's products for partners, customers and end users at the Russian and international level. This document reduces the need for duplicate audits, and also often becomes the decisive argument in favor of the choice of potential partners, including those in foreign markets.

The scheme, which covers not only the full cycle of food production, but also auxiliary processes, is based on internationally recognized food safety standards iso 22000, industry prerequisite programs (PRPs). It includes elements of previous standards and risk analysis systems (HACCP, BRC, IFS, etc.). 

The development of FSSC 22000 took place with the direct participation of food manufacturers, so it is as close as possible to the current situation in the industry. In production that meets modern standards and the requirements reflected in the certification scheme, the degree of personnel involvement increases.
