The Primorskaya poultry farm in the Krasnodar Territory emerges from bankruptcy

According to information published on the Fedresurs portal, the total debt of the poultry farm amounted to 219.5 million rubles. However, thanks to the concluded settlement agreement, the company undertook to satisfy the claims of minority creditors for 100% of the principal amount. This means that the poultry farm has a chance to restore its financial stability and continue its operations.
LLC Poultry Farm Primorskaya was registered in 2003 in the Krasnodar Territory and specializes in breeding poultry. The founders of the company are Daria Pak and Alexey Zakrevsky. However, in 2022, the company suffered a loss of 31.4 million rubles, which led to it being declared insolvent by the decision of the regional arbitration COURT in October 2021.
However, the judicial termination of bankruptcy opens up new prospects for the poultry farm. The restoration of the Primorskaya poultry farm may attract new investment in the region’s agricultural sector. Investors can see potential in the development and modernization of the poultry farm, which will lead to increased productivity and competitiveness in the market.
