In December, the poultry complex for 545,000 broilers reached its design capacity in the village of Khmelevaya, Uritsky district, Oryol region.

The Svezhenka Closed-Cycle Production Association (POZTS) received permission to put the new facility into operation in September. It has been under construction since 2020. In January-September, the amount of investments amounted to 57 million rubles.

POZTS Svezhenka LLC was founded in April 2020 by Pyotr Budagov, the son of the owner of the Orlovskaya Niva agricultural holding, Sergey Budagov.
