Meat and egg production in the Omsk region continues to grow.

By the end of June 2025, the pig population increased by 3.4% to 390,400 HEAD, while poultry numbers increased by 3.7% to 7,285,200 head. Meanwhile, the cattle population decreased by 4.7% to 326,600 head, with the number of cows decreasing by 5.4%. A 2.4% decrease in sheep and goat numbers was also recorded, reaching 224,000 head.

In the first half of 2025, egg production increased by 6.1% to 426.1 million eggs, while MEAT production increased by 5.7% to 85,400 tons. MILK production , on the other hand, fell by 1.4% to 284,900 tons.
