Beef and veal production in the Moscow region increased by 57% in seven months.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region, local producers account for 31% of the total beef and veal production in the Central Federal District, ranking first, and 11% of the national output, placing them second in the country. This significant success has been achieved thanks to companies such as Optimum LLC and Mikkon LLC, which are implementing modern technologies and strict quality control. The Ministry notes significant growth in the region's MEAT industry, which makes a significant contribution to the country's food security by providing high-quality products. In 2024 , 13,340 tons of beef were produced.
