The bailiffs of the Dinskoy district, as part of enforcement proceedings, fined the manufacturer of semi-finished products a fine of 700 thousand rubles for violating the requirements of technical regulations, the press service of the Main Directorate of the FSSP of RUSSIA for the Krasnodar Territory reports.

According to the source of the publication, we are talking about LLC " Kubanskaya Ptitsa " from the village of Staromyshastovskaya, Dinsky district. A lawsuit against the manufacturer was filed by the Southern Interregional Department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR .

According to the materials of the file of arbitration cases, experts conducted a study of the semi-finished product from poultry MEAT “TsB thigh”. According to the results of the study, it was found that the semi-finished product contains dangerous microorganisms (bacteria of the genus Listeria monocytogenes), which pose a real threat to human life and HEALTH.

The Arbitration COURT of the Krasnodar Territory, based on the materials of the audit, found Kubanskaya Ptitsa LLC guilty under Part 3 of Art. 14.43 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Violation by the manufacturer of the requirements of technical regulations) and imposed a fine of 700 thousand rubles.

According to the press service of the regional department of the FSSP, the company paid the fine in full.

According to the SPARK-Interfax system, Kubanskaya Ptitsa LLC was registered in 2016. The main activity of the enterprise is the processing and preservation of meat. At the end of 2021, the company's revenue amounted to 980.2 million rubles.
