Sausage producer "Vyazanka" to launch catering chain

The Abi holding was founded in 1995 by entrepreneur and State Duma deputy Grigory Anikeyev. The company owns the brands Vyazanka, Goryachaya Shtuchka, Starodvorye, Bavarushka and Yadrena Kopot. The company's share of the sausage and frankfurter market is 12.3%, according to its own data, frozen semi-finished products - 9.3%. The holding's revenue in 2024 increased by 8.7%, to 85.1 billion rubles.

Most likely, the company will build a dark kitchen (a public catering establishment that only works for delivery), or will use food trucks, given its specialization in semi-finished products, believes Stanislav Mudrov, a partner at the consulting company Neo. This way, the company will have minimal rental costs.
