Prodmit bought Ivanovsky Broiler

The friends of Governor Voskresensky are doing the same things in the Ivanovo region as the friends of the former Ivanovo governors.

The agro-industrial company Prodmit bought out the debt of Ivanovsky Broiler OJSC in the amount of 710.52 million rubles from Prodo LLC (part of the Prodo group) . The amount of the transaction is not disclosed: the full cost or at a discount. The deal still needs to be approved by the Arbitration COURT. However, this can be considered a mere formality and de facto Prodmit has taken full control over Ivanovsky Broiler and the production complex of the poultry farm. LLC Prodmit belongs to a friend of the Ivanovo governor Voskresensky, a businessman from Kaliningrad Vladimir Mikholap. Over the past few years, Prodmit has been renting the Ivanovsky Broiler production complex at a very low cost, making profit on preferential terms.





it is noteworthy that Denis Cherkesov, a member of the government, DIRECTOR of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Ivanovo Region, is a member of the creditors' committee of Ivanovsky Broiler. At the same time, the Ivanovo region has not had any property rights in relation to the bankrupt poultry farm for a long time.

After the repurchase of the main debt, the transfer of the property of Ivanovsky Broiler to the ownership of Prodmit can be considered a purely technical problem. Apparently, the procedure for assessing and selling the property of OAO Ivanovsky Broiler was artificially delayed in the interests of Prodmit, which accumulated funds to buy back the debt.

The company "Prodmit" consists of two production branches: Orlovsky (poultry farm "Ptichy Dvorik") and Ivanovsky (JSC "Ivanovsky Broiler"). The company's revenue for 2021 amounted to 3.39 billion rubles, net profit - 126.2 million rubles, retained earnings - 751.2 million rubles.

The rapid growth of Prodmit's revenue and profit began just with the arrival at Ivanovsky Broiler and the actual receipt of this poultry farm for rent without bidding - like manna from heaven.

The financial results of Prodmit once again prove that the bankruptcy of Ivanovsky Broiler is a fraud. The bankruptcy proceedings began in 2015 due to the fact that Broiler was allegedly unable to conduct normal business activities. True, this activity has been carried out there for seven years already, and beneficiaries, different under different Ivanovo governors, who control the bankruptcy procedure, have extracted from the Ivanovsky Broiler, according to the most conservative estimates, at least 1 billion rubles of net profit.
