These studies were carried out at the request of customers for certification and declaration, as well as within the framework of production control over the quality and safety of products.
The laboratory examined three batches of chicken eggs and one batch of quail eggs, all from Primorsky Krai. Parameters such as the presence of listeria, salmonella, coliform bacteria, antibiotic residues , as well as the condition of the yolk and other indicators were checked.
Based on the analysis results, all batches demonstrated compliance with the established quality and safety requirements. Conclusions on the condition of the products were sent to the customers of the studies.
