When analyzing data from the Mercury Federal State Information System, Rosselkhoznadzor identified 104 violations committed by Bashkortostan business entities when registering electronic veterinary certificates.

The main types of violations were:

• production of products without specifying raw materials;
• changing the expiration dates of products through production;
• production of finished products from an illogical volume of raw materials;
• inconsistency between the type of raw material and the type of product being manufactured;
• certification of products with advance production dates;
• indicating incorrect purposes when issuing a certificate.

Thus, during an analysis of the work of the state veterinarian of the State Budgetary Institution "Veterinary Station of the Baimak District and the City of Sibay of the Republic of Bashkortostan," it was discovered that on May 30, 2024 , he issued an electronic veterinary certificate for 60 liters of raw mare's milk without specifying information about the raw materials used.

Also, on June 6, 2024, the authorized representative of the agricultural consumer processing cooperative "MIYAKI" executed a production transaction "processing/production", according to which identical products were produced from the raw material "Chilled beef on the bone" with an expiration date of June 10, 2024 , but with an expiration date of June 11, 2024.

Or, for example, the state veterinarian serving the private farm of Urazaev G.F. when registering a production transaction for dairy products on June 4, 2024 (Cottage cheese (1.2% fat), cream (45% fat) in a volume of 9 kg (3.9% fat), and only 50 kg of raw milk was listed as the raw material used. This violation makes it impossible to reliably determine the origin of the raw materials, as well as their quality and safety.

An example of an advance date of production was the actions of the state veterinarian of the State Budgetary Institution “Alsheevskaya District Veterinary Station of the Republic of Bashkortostan”, servicing the private farm of Z. Z. Gafurbaev, who on June 5, 2024, issued an eVSD for dairy products (milk,sour cream , cottage cheese, butter ) with an advance production date of June 6, 2024.

Based on the violations identified, the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Bashkortostan issued 41 warnings regarding the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements for the period from June 1 to June 30, 2024, and suspended the registration of one user in the Mercury Federal State Information System for a period of 10 days.
