Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kochenivska Poultry Farm to be deprived of deputy mandate

The first item on the agenda of the next session of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region was the issue of early termination of the deputy powers of the HEAD of the construction committee - Chairman of the Board of Directors of CJSC Kochenevskaya Poultry Farm Alexander Morozov.

The editors managed to find out that two weeks ago Morozov wrote a letter of resignation. A case was initiated against him under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud on an especially large scale). 

According to investigators, in 2019-2020, the person involved helped the Kochenevsky MEAT Processing Plant, controlled by him, to receive a grant from the regional Ministry of Agriculture in the amount of 41 million rubles for the construction of a workshop and the purchase of equipment. Law enforcement agencies estimate the damage at 15 million rubles.

In January, a case under the same article was initiated against former deputy Alexander Morozov as head of the legislative assembly committee on construction, housing and communal services and tariffs, Valentin Sichkarev. it is connected with the suspicion of embezzlement of subsidies intended for farming.

As we reported earlier, the main production of the Kochenevskaya poultry farm was stopped in May . 500 people were made redundant. At that time, the enterprise's wage arrears to 245 employees amounted to 6.4 million rubles.
