According to the results of 2022, the production of meat products increased by 10.1% in the Penza region

According to official information from the territorial statistics service in the Penza region, at the end of 2022, the food production index amounted to 103.3% compared to the same period last year.

The indicator of processing and preservation of MEAT and meat food products increased by 6.5%.

Including the indicator of processing and canning of meat increased by 10.1%, the production and canning of poultry meat by 5.3%.

The production of poultry and animal meat products increased by 7% in the region.

The production of cocoa, chocolate and sugary confectionery increased by 1.9%.

According to the results of the reporting period, the production of ready-made animal feed increased by 7.4% in the Penza region, the production of soft drinks and mineral waters increased by 47.1%.
