"The Russian economy, despite all the difficulties, has shown resilience to external shocks, in 2020 Russia's GDP declined less than the world economy, and by the end of this year we will already reach a growth rate of about 4%," the HEAD of state said on Friday at meeting with representatives of the international investment community and foreign companies producing the Sputnik V vaccine at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
