
According to Mikhail Ivanov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, global changes are expected in the market of traditional agriculture in the coming years. In particular, the share of vegetable and cultured MEAT will be comparable to the consumption of traditional meat today in general. The expert announced this during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
 "According to some estimates, the share of vegetable and cultivated meat by 2035 will be comparable to the consumption of traditional meat today in general. These are global changes for which we must be prepared - for this a working group was assembled, the concept of the food net market was developed," Mikhail said. Ivanov. 
 
 The official added that among the tasks that the Ministry of Industry and Trade sets for itself in this matter, the main thing is the development of digitalization, the use of modern automation technologies in agriculture, the development of production competence, a new technological base.
