The first burger restaurant, "Steak & Burger Miratorg," opened in Minsk.

All dishes are prepared according to Miratorg's chef's original recipes, using fresh meat, sauces, and other ingredients produced in-house. The chain's brand chef, Sergey Gridnev, was present at the opening, demonstrating the techniques for preparing marbled beef.

Currently, the Steak&Burger chain includes 33 restaurants located in Moscow, the Moscow region , Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaliningrad and Kursk, and now in Minsk.
