
In February 2024 , specialists from the Department of State Veterinary Supervision at the State Border of the Russian Federation and Transport in the Penza Region of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Administration for the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza Region issued documents for the first deliveries of turkey MEAT to Bahrain.
Bahrain is a small Arab state in Southwest Asia, which is located on the archipelago of the same name, washed by the waters of the Persian Gulf. The country is connected to the continent by a multi-kilometer automobile bridge.
Before the development of the oil industry, Bahrain's agriculture was dominated by the cultivation of date palms (they occupy 2/3 of the cultivated land), which made it possible to produce a sufficient amount of dates for both domestic consumption and EXPORT. At least twenty-three varieties of dates are grown, and the leaves, branches, buds and flowers of the date palm are also widely used.
