A rural entrepreneur from the Bessonovsky district of the Penza region took out the entrails of animals accumulated after slaughter to a forest belt, where he unloaded a trailer. After receiving a signal from local residents, concerned about the possible consequences, with fixed dates and coordinates, the employees of the department contacted the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and jointly identified the offender.

In April, an inspection visit was organized, during which the owner of the pig farm admitted in writing his involvement in an unauthorized dump in the forest, thereby confirming his actions bypassing paragraph 33 of the veterinary rules for the movement, storage, processing and disposal of biological waste, threatening the spread of dangerous parasitic and infectious diseases.

With respect to an individual entrepreneur, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up in accordance with Part 3 of Article 10.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. As a personal initiative, he independently removed the landfill and, under the supervision of specialists, destroyed biological waste in strict accordance with veterinary legislation.
