The Penza region is actively exporting frozen meat to China.

Fifteen more shipments are planned for September, including a recent 232-ton shipment that required nine containers. The meat is being shipped by rail from Penza-II station to Ugolnaya station, where it will be transshipped onto sea vessels for onward transport to Chinese ports.
