Pelmeni of a Novosibirsk firm won the federal competition "Tastes of Russia"

Pelmeni from the village of Fedoshikha, Kochenevsky district, Novosibirsk region, won first place in the Taste from the Outback nomination of the All-Russian competition Tastes of RUSSIA. The finalists were announced in Moscow on November 15, 2021.

The Federal Prize was organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in order to support regional food producers and acquaint consumers with the whole variety of tastes. In 2021, among 720 participants, 24 product brands were selected in eight categories. In addition, more than a million Internet users were given as participants in the contest.

"Fedosikhinsky dumplings" took first place in the nomination "Tastes from the hinterland". it was attended by those product brands that are produced in settlements with a population of up to 3,000 people.

More than 20 types of semi-finished products are produced in Fedoshikha. They include MEAT and fresh oyster mushrooms.

In addition, another 12 Novosibirsk companies participated in the national award. Among the products they produce are fresh meat, dairy products, and bakery products.
