The "Labor Productivity" project was initiated by the President of Russia and is part of the national "Efficient and Competitive Economy" project, which aims to increase labor productivity at medium and large enterprises in non-resource sectors by at least 5% annually. TopAgro has become the 90th participant in the project in the region, underscoring its relevance.
As part of the project, the company's working group, together with experts, began analyzing production capacity, identifying bottlenecks and inefficient processes. Plans call for the application of lean manufacturing methods to optimize work processes and reduce order fulfillment times. Particular attention will be paid to employee training, which will not only enhance their skills but also be an investment in the company's future.
Within three months of active operation, significant results are expected: reduced production process times, increased output, and optimized staff workload. This will not only increase productivity but also improve working conditions, which will positively impact employee motivation. Optimization will also lead to a reduction in excess inventory, which will lower costs and improve the company's financial stability, allowing it to offer more competitive prices .
Thus, participation in the Labor Productivity project opens new opportunities for TopAgro and creates the foundation for future growth, making it an example of successful optimization in the Russian agricultural sector.
