The largest price increase was for sausages and frankfurters, which increased by almost 15 rubles in the first days of September, reaching an average price of 508.25 rubles per kilogram. The annual price increase for this product category was 8.7%.

The cost of sausages has also increased significantly:

  • Semi-smoked sausage: 631.31 rubles/kg (+11.41 rubles since the beginning of the month)

  • Cooked sausage: 540.66 rubles/kg (+5.13 rubles since the beginning of the month)

Both types of sausage have demonstrated annual growth of more than 46 rubles, with cooked sausage in the Omsk region also becoming the most expensive in the Siberian Federal District.

Interestingly, pork prices increased slightly (up 2.79 rubles to 344.41 rubles per kilogram), making it a more cost-effective option than sausages. Beef and lamb prices remained unchanged at 619.17 and 698.27 rubles per kilogram, respectively.

Experts note that the current pricing situation makes purchasing raw MEAT more cost-effective than prepared meat products.
