Lipetsk agricultural producers received about 70% of the total state support.

As of the beginning of August, about 1.8 billion rubles, or 67% of the stipulated limit, have already been transferred to direct recipients. In total, in 2022, 2.7 billion rubles are provided for financing all programs of the agro-industrial complex of the Lipetsk region from the federal and regional budgets.

Subsidies are allocated both to stimulate the development of priority sub-sectors of the agro-industrial complex and the development of small forms of business, and to support agricultural production in certain sub-sectors of crop and livestock production. In addition, funds are allocated to reimburse part of the costs of paying interest on investment loans, for the production and sale of grain crops, for carrying out irrigation and drainage works, the costs of bakery enterprises are compensated, and support is provided to rural cooperation and municipalities for the integrated development of rural areas.
Enterprises developing horticulture have already received 100% of the stipulated limit for the establishment and maintenance of perennial plantings. Also, the entire amount of allocated subsidies was received by enterprises that purchased elite seeds, and small business enterprises that carried out agrotechnological work on the sown areas occupied by grains and legumes, oilseeds, fodder crops, potatoes and open ground vegetables. Full budget allocations have been brought to enterprises of all forms of ownership engaged in MILK production. it remains to pay about 11 million rubles out of almost 148 million allocated for this direction to support livestock breeding. More than 158 million rubles are planned for grant support for farmers and cooperatives, including within the framework of the regional project "Acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses", in 2022. At the moment, 152 million (96%) have been financed in these areas.
11.7 million rubles have already been transferred to enterprises of the baking industry for the production and sale of bread and bakery products at fixed prices this year. These payments are made monthly when an enterprise submits an application for reimbursement of part of the costs of production and sale of 1 ton of bread and bakery products.
Due to the increase in the number of agricultural producers in the region wishing to conclude insurance contracts with state support both in the crop and livestock sectors, the limits in this area have more than doubled. Enterprises are compensated 50% of the insurance premium. More than 60 farms signed contracts with state support for insurance of spring crops. Also this year, the farmers of the region can conclude an agreement in case of natural emergencies. Then the state compensates 80 percent of the insurance premium. At the moment, 5 such contracts have already been concluded.
For two new types of support that have been operating in the region since this year, namely, for the increase in the volume of milk of cows, goats and sheep processed into food products, and for the sale of greenhouse vegetables of our own production, produced using additional illumination technology, manufacturers have already been informed respectively 50 and 68% of the allocated limit.
