Traffic restrictions for heavy trucks are introduced in Khabarovsk

During the period of temporary restriction of movement in the spring, the maximum permissible load on the axle of the vehicle is 3.5 tons.

The requirements of this resolution do not apply to:

1) passenger transportation by public transport on established routes, including international passenger transportation (including transportation of passengers for the own needs of enterprises);

2) transportation of food products, medicines, fuel (gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, marine fuel, jet fuel, heating oil, gaseous fuel, coal), mail and postal cargo;

3) transportation of seed stock, mineral and organic fertilizers, plant protection products, feed of all kinds for farm animals, grain, animals, including farm animals;

4) transportation of goods that ensure a favorable sanitary and epidemiological situation (garbage removal, liquidation of landfills);

5) transportation of children by vehicles belonging to preschool educational organizations, general educational organizations, organizations of additional education of children;

6) vehicles and transportation of goods necessary for the prevention of emergencies and fires, the prevention and (or) liquidation of natural and man-made emergencies and (or) their consequences;

7) vehicles of federal executive bodies in which military service is provided for by federal law;

8) specialized vehicles used to carry out weight and dimensional control of vehicles.
