Complex structure
The construction includes several key elements necessary for the efficient maintenance and milking of cows. The complex will have a 72-stall milking parlor, which will optimize the milking process and increase its efficiency. In addition, two cowsheds will be built, each of which will be able to accommodate up to 600 heads, as well as special rooms for pregnant cows and four calf houses designed for animals of different ages. This approach will provide comfortable conditions for animals and will allow monitoring their HEALTH and productivity.
Financing and investment
The total investment in the project exceeds 2 billion rubles, which emphasizes the seriousness of the investors' intentions. Part of the financing is provided by preferential loans provided by the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA. This reduces the financial burden on the project and accelerates its implementation. The company "AgroVit" is responsible for the implementation of the project, which since 2019 has been actively developing agricultural production in the region, implementing projects to modernize dairy farms and increase production capacity.
Production dynamics
As of June 2025, the AgroVit farm already contains more than 650 heads of cattle . In the first five months of this year, 979 tons of MILK were produced, which is 68% more than in the same period last year. Such indicators indicate the high potential of the enterprise and its ability to further grow. it is important to note that the company is also actively working to put unused agricultural land into circulation, returning 544 hectares of arable land to operation, which further contributes to an increase in production volumes.
Support from the authorities
During his working trip, the Governor of the Ivanovo Region Stanislav Voskresensky got acquainted with the progress of the construction of the complex and emphasized its importance for the development of the region's agro-industrial complex. He noted that the successful implementation of this project will be an example for other initiatives in the field of agriculture and will help strengthen the food security of the region.
The construction of a new livestock complex in the Ivanovo Region is not only a step towards increasing milk production, but also an important contribution to the development of the region's agro-industrial complex. Given the growing demand for dairy products, such a project has every chance of becoming successful and sustainable. The first animals are expected to be delivered in September 2025, and from that moment a new era in dairy production in the Ivanovo region will begin.
