New law on digitalization of state support for farmers: what will change from September 1, 2024

On September 1, 2024 , a new law signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin will come into force , which will significantly simplify the process of obtaining government support for farmers. 5. Socio-economic information: the system will also collect data on the socio-economic status of settlements classified as rural areas. This will make it possible to more accurately assess the needs of farmers and adapt support measures to real conditions.
