According to the latest data, Bhagat Dhananjay of Atlantis Group has become the sole owner of Kaliningradskaya Ptitsa LLC, confirming a change in the ownership structure. The previous owners were Andrey Mokhnov, Kirill Gaidukov, and Alexander Kovalsky, but Mokhnov remains the CEO, which may indicate a continuation of the previous management strategy.

The project includes the construction of a modern broiler farming complex located near the village of Rzhevsky. it includes 21 poultry houses, an incubator , a feed mill with a capacity of 30,000 tons per year, and slaughterhouses capable of processing up to 4,000 birds per hour. A waste processing facility and a warehouse for finished products will also be built. The factory is expected to produce up to 14,000 tons of poultry MEAT and by-products annually, meeting the needs of both the local market and large food industry companies. Furthermore, the project will create new jobs and increase employment in the region.

Kaliningradskaya Ptitsa signed a cooperation agreement with the Kaliningrad Oblast government and Sberbank in 2024 , confirming the investor's commitment and potentially accelerating the project's implementation. The poultry farm is expected to begin operations in 2027. Regional Agriculture Minister Artyom Ivanov emphasized that the project has significant potential for developing the region's agro-industrial complex and is important for improving food security and creating a sustainable economy. The construction of this poultry farm will serve as a model for the successful implementation of agricultural initiatives in RUSSIA.
