New shareholders of Permskaya Poultry Farm will create more than 200 new jobs in the region by 2027

Dmitry Makhonin inspected the production sites of the poultry farm. As the governor was told at the enterprise, today its design capacity is 48 thousand tons of finished products per year. The assortment of the poultry farm includes 168 items.

According to Svetlana Barsukova, General DIRECTOR of Agrosila JSC, the investment program of Agrosila Poultry Farm Perm JSC for 2023 has been approved at the moment. Financing in the amount of 354 million rubles. will be directed to the reconstruction of existing equipment.

Yulia Irbilova, one of the employees of the poultry farm, shared that due to the change of owners, the enterprise has undergone major changes both in work processes and in finished products. “Changes in the diet of poultry reared on technical sites have a significant impact on our work. Together with the management, we achieved that the bird went large, with a good weight - it is very pleasant to pack such a product. In addition, we are now working on modern equipment, the packaging material has also become of higher quality,” she said.

During the meeting, Dmitry Makhonin and Svetlana Barsukova paid special attention to investment plans for the development of the poultry farm and production capacities from 2023 to 2026. 

According to the director, the holding is now considering a strategy to increase the production of Agrosila Poultry Farm Permskaya JSC up to 60 thousand tons of products in live weight. In this regard, significant financial investments are planned in the development of the poultry farm over the next three years. 

“The holding intends to increase the production and capacity of Agrosila Poultry Farm Permskaya. For this, investments in the amount of about 4 billion rubles are planned, which will be implemented by 2027, so that in 2028 the poultry farm will reach the planned volumes. First of all, we will allocate funding for the construction of new buildings, for the purchase of equipment for growing, as well as for ensuring the biosecurity of the poultry farm,” said Svetlana Barsukova.

In total, within the framework of the five-year investment program, the holding will allocate funds for six key areas: modernization of existing poultry fattening sites; construction of two new poultry houses for fattening broilers with a capacity of more than 5 thousand tons of MEAT per year; creation of six poultry houses of a breeding reproducer; modernization of the slaughter and processing complex and renewal of machinery and equipment. 

Another important area of ​​investment will be the strengthening of biosecurity measures - the construction of modern disinfection barriers and the introduction of modern biosecurity technologies. “As a result of the implementation of investment projects, more than 200 new jobs will appear at the poultry farm, and about 130 million rubles will additionally go to the budget of the Perm Territory as taxes,” added Svetlana Barsukova.

In addition, the representative of the holding shared that the company's task for the next month is to replenish the shelves of stores, retail chains and branded outlets in the Kama region with poultry products under the new brand "Vazhnaya tsypa".

According to the information of the regional Ministry of Agrarian Policy, in general, in the Perm Territory, state support in the field of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) this year is about 3.5 billion rubles. For the period 2022-2023, 2.1 million rubles were allocated from the consolidated budget for the development of the poultry farm. In addition, the regional authorities actively support the implementation of investment projects of agricultural producers; up to 50% of the costs for the construction or modernization of agro-industrial complex are subsidized from the budget.

Dmitry Makhonin highly appreciated the company's plans to increase capacity and increase output, noting that poultry farms and agricultural producers in general ensure food security in the Kama region and other regions of RUSSIA. “Sustainable development of the enterprise is important for us. Therefore, we see Agrosila as a strategic partner in the development of the poultry farm and the agricultural sector of the Kama region. The new shareholders intend to create new jobs in the coming years and continue the course of social and economic development of the enterprise and the region as a whole. For our part, we are ready to provide the necessary support to the holding in the implementation of their projects in the territory of the region,” the governor summed up.
