Saratov farmers purchased Kazakh White-Headed heifers using grant funds.

The heads of the peasant (farm) farm, Vasily Shindin and Daulet Sarsenbaev, are actively developing beef cattle breeding. 

Vasily Shindin's project cost over 13 million rubles, 8 million of which came from government support . He used this funding to purchase 148 Kazakh White-Headed heifers. Daulet Sarsenbayev also received 8 million rubles in grant support and purchased 116 heifers of the same breed, as well as a feed dispenser, a roll crusher, and two grain crushers.

"The grants have been fully utilized. The farms are developing according to their business plans and increasing their beef cattle herd . The cattle are well-fed and kept in good conditions," noted Anna Odinokova. 

Saratov Region Agriculture Minister Roman Kovalsky called the farmers an example of how family businesses thrive with government support in rural areas.
