Neural networks at the service of farmers: digitalization of sales in the agro-industrial complex

Sergey Pavlyuchenko, founder and CEO of Inline, developed and implemented the "Digital Sales Department" (DSD) project on the Meatinfo.ru marketplace, designed for agribusinesses. The DSD leverages neural networks to analyze offers and company databases, selects audiences, creates commercial proposals and marketing materials, distributes price lists, processes incoming orders, and collects analytics. The project was

invested 80 million rubles, and has already partially recovered its investment. A full return on investment is expected within two years.

The DSD is designed for companies in the agribusiness sector with annual revenues ranging from 500 million to 6-7 billion rubles. These include food producers and processors.

Since January 2024, large and medium-sized agribusinesses must implement artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in their operations to receive certain government subsidies. Therefore, the DSD is a relevant solution for farmers seeking to comply with legal requirements and improve their operational efficiency.

Experts who reviewed the project's presentation believe the startup fully meets customer needs. However, they note that for maximum effectiveness, the CSP should be integrated with the agricultural product sales platform.

Using the CSP allows farmers to optimize the sales process, reduce the time spent searching for clients and processing orders, increase sales volume, and boost business profitability.

In addition to the CSP, other tools for automating the sales department of agricultural enterprises exist on the market. However, most of them are not tailored to specific businesses and require the integration of several solutions into one.

The CSP is a comprehensive solution that takes into account the specifics of the agricultural sector and enables automation of all stages of the sales process. This makes it attractive to farmers looking to improve the efficiency of their business and comply with legal requirements.
