
Inflation in RUSSIA for the period from November 2 to November 8, 2021 amounted to 0.09%, follows from Rosstat data.
A week earlier, inflation in Russia was at the level of 0.21%.
Since the beginning of the year, consumer prices have risen by 6.62%. In annual terms, inflation as of November 8, 2021 (according to calculations using average daily data for this and last year for similar dates) was 8.069%.
During the reporting period, according to Rosstat, in the category of food products, prices for buckwheat groats increased most significantly - by 1.3%, pasta - by 0.9%, rye bread and rennet cheeses - by 0.7%, butter, sour cream, vermicelli, bread and bakery products from wheat FLOUR of 1 and 2 grades, rice - by 0.6%, fat cottage cheese - by 0.5%. On average, prices in Russia for sausages, small sausages, drinking MILK , wheat flour and black tea - by 0.4%, millet, meals in a canteen, cafe, snack bar (except for a canteen in an organization) - by 0.3%. Also, prices for margarine, fruit and berry preserves for baby food and biscuits increased by 0.2%. Prices for mutton, half-smoked and boiled-smoked sausages and SALT rose by 0.1%.
Chicken eggs rose in price by 1%, chicken MEAT - by 0.4%. Prices for sunflower oil and granulated SUGAR rose by 0.2% and 0.6% respectively.

Prices for fruits and vegetables rose on average by 0.5%, including cucumbers - by 2.8%, tomatoes - by 2.5%, white cabbage - by 1.1%, potatoes - by 0.8%. At the same time, onions fell in price - by 1.1%, apples - by 0.5%, carrots - by 0.3%.
