At the Chaikovskaya Poultry Farm, the reconstruction of one of the workshops is in full swing

To increase the volume of production, the management of CJSC "Chaikovskaya Poultry Farm" decided to reconstruct one of the workshops. In addition, an extension will be erected next to the workshop, which will house a new sorting workshop. 

Deputy Director of CJSC "Chaikovskaya Poultry Farm" Vladimir Petrovich Belkov said that the ninth workshop is currently being reconstructed at the enterprise. In the near future, about a hundred thousand birds will “settle” in it.

“At the moment, the first stage of the workshop reconstruction is being completed. Or rather, they completed the “box”, installed the roof, made major repairs and wall insulation, rebuilt the roof, and also replaced some of the engineering networks. I think that we will complete the construction work by the end of December,” said Vladimir Belkov.

The deputy head also emphasized that high-tech German equipment from Hellmann had already been delivered to the poultry farm.

“We ordered equipment, taking into account all the necessary processes for keeping poultry. It allows you to create the required microclimate in the room and provide comfortable conditions for keeping our laying hens.

The equipment consists of 8 tiers, on which about 100 thousand heads will “live”. In March, we must move in the building, since the bird has already been purchased and is growing up,” Vladimir Petrovich said.

It is worth noting that when it reaches the age of 110 days, it must be transplanted into the body.

“This is a living biological process. It's impossible to stop him. Therefore, the workers and our employees are making every effort to speed up the reconstruction of the workshop and the construction of the annex, since on the 150th day it already begins to rush. And this, for a moment, at the initial stage, 70-75 thousand eggs per day, and then we will receive up to 95 thousand per day,” summed up Vladimir Belkov. 

The new workshop-attachment will also have new sorting equipment, but it has not yet been ordered, as the poultry farm is deciding on the choice of a supplier.

Today CJSC "Poultry Farm Chaikovskaya", in addition to eggs and chicken meat, produces more than 70 types of various products. These are sausages, and smoked products, and cutlets, and fillets, and chilled and frozen carcasses of broiler chickens, and chopped and natural semi-finished products, and ham, and sausages, and sausages.

The Chaikovskaya Poultry Farm supplies its products not only to the entire Perm Territory, but also to Moscow, the Samara Region, the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Crimea.
