A workshop for the production of semi-finished products has been modernized at Vostochny LLC

This is the first stage of the project "Modernization of the production workshop into a workshop for the production of semi-finished products." The project was implemented in Italmas. The main purpose of the re-equipment of production was the need to increase production volumes.

The investment project included the implementation of interior finishing work in the production hall on an area of ​​​​about 1500 square meters. m. Previously, there was a canned food storage warehouse in the building, so the workshop underwent a complete replacement of floor and wall coverings, utilities and power supply, as well as other engineering environments for the installation of process equipment.

Two production lines for the production of dumplings and cutlets are installed in the building of the future workshop. Each line includes two dumpling machines, a quick freezer, which freezes the product to a temperature in the thickness of -12 ºС in an average of 30 minutes. The packing machine closes each line. In addition, the workshop is equipped with a low-temperature storage chamber for finished products, the daily capacity of which is about 40 tons of dumplings and cutlets.

The microclimate and refrigeration in the renovated workshop is provided by modern energy-saving equipment. In addition, amenity rooms for employees were equipped - locker rooms, bathrooms, technical staff offices.

The work performed complies with all applicable sanitary standards and food safety requirements. The new workshop began its work in December last year. Currently, the second stage of the project is being implemented at the site, during which the existing workshop is being modernized. The total capacity of both shops by the end of this year will reach 700 tons of products per month.
